What happens if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated 25 days ago

At Sporcks, we want you to receive your order in perfect condition and on time. If your package has been lost during shipping or has arrived damaged, the first thing you should do is contact us as soon as possible.

You can email us at [email protected] with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and, if possible, some photos (in case of damage). We will investigate the case with the courier company and, if the incident is confirmed, we’ll offer you a quick solution: either reshipping the product or providing a full refund, whichever you prefer.
