How can I track my order?Updated 25 days ago

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. As soon as we prepare it and it leaves our warehouse, we will send you another email with your tracking number and a direct link so you can see in real time where your package is.

Tracking will be activated once the courier company registers the package, which may take a few hours. If 24 hours have passed since you received the shipping email and you still cannot track your order, we recommend:

  • Checking that the confirmation email is not in your spam or promotions folder.

  • Making sure the tracking number has been entered correctly (if you’re on mobile, ensure the link opens properly).

  • Allowing a little more time if you placed your order over the weekend or on a holiday.
