How can I make a return?
We know that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected — and that’s okay. At Sporcks, you can easily return your order in a simple, quick, and hassle-free way.
What’s the return period?
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return any product, as long as it meets the requirements detailed below.
Conditions for accepting a return:
The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and with its original packaging and tag, just as you received it.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept products that have been used.
You must fill out the return form and include it inside the package.

Important:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
If the return generates customs duties or fees, these will be the responsibility of the buyer.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your package and confirm that everything is in order, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days. The refund will be issued through the same payment method you used for your purchase.
