Can I exchange or return a used product?
To ensure maximum quality, hygiene, and safety, we do not accept exchanges or returns of products that have been used. Our high-performance socks are designed to deliver the best comfort and performance, which is why returned products must be in perfect condition.
What does “used product” mean?
A used product is one that has been worn, washed, or shows any sign of wear. To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, clean, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
What if the product is defective or damaged?
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will assess the situation and offer you an exchange or a full refund without any issues.
